Whether you’re sending an event invite, newsletter or one-time announcement, UCLA provides pre-made templates that are fully responsive, dark mode-ready, and optimized according to industry best practices.
Templates are designed in Figma, a cloud-based design tool used for user interface design. Styles and components from our Design System have been combined to create ready-made email layouts for designers to use as a starting point. We provide an HTML version and a Mailchimp shortcode version available for download.
For detailed instructions on how to use each template, refer to the User Guide included with each Figma template download.
The announcement template works for general, non-event, non-periodical communications such as letters, announcements, reports, donor communications and calls for volunteers.
